First, you have to wait for the automated message. Select 1 for English and then press 0. Wait for someone to pick up.

I called more than dozen times for sure, maybe you have to call at a specific time.

My consultant called yesterday they said they have nothing in the system and told them to call next week. He had called in April they said it was in the system but he should wait. Sometimes I think it is a waste of time calling :-[

I just called ONIP official. They said my application is under review and case officer is assigned.But she said they could not provide me any time window for final outcome to come.
Application Sent: Jan14th.

Hi, could you please share your time and phone number you called? I never got a chance to talk to them. No one picks up the phone.

Most of January applications are reviewed for completeness. Wait for 1-2 weeks to start getting AOR.

What is the quota for 2016 Ontario Express Entry? Since there are over 2700 AOR up to June 20, 2016 already, I don't know if they move our file to 2017 quota.

More importantly, there are very few applications of 2016 where AOR has been sent so far. As OINP office is still processing applications submitted in December.

There is Delay but I don't think there is any CAP. Probably resourcing issue to process the applications and hence the delay is.

Unfortunately, November and December applicants go under 2016 quota.
