You can send an email to ExpressEntry@ontario.ca. stating that your work permit is expiring soon. They will update you. You can give a try atleast.

What email address you have mentioned in the form? It would be better to email from it whether it is yours or representative. Do it right now as they are giving preference to people whose Work permits are going to expire.

Congrats! You are lucky, my WP expires sooner than yours, and my app was delivered earlier too. I wrote to them but got no reply. I should probably call them again.

so i got bad news for myself atleast.
i checked with the bank and they told me that the Demand Draft is only good for 6 months.
and my DD was made on 15/12/2015. so now its been more than 6 months.

what am i supposed to do in this case? please guide me i am so confused.

Ontario's own FAQ on this states:

[If your payment expires before OINP can process it], the OINP will ask that a new payment be submitted within 30 days of notifying you. Your application will maintain its place in the queue. Processing will resume once the OINP receives your new payment.

Have anyone from the Jan Applicants tried confirming if the DD is encashed or yet outstanding. I have so far checked twice with my banker and they confirmed its still outstanding

Demand drafts are encashed beforehand, that's how they differ from a regular cheque- your bank shouldn't be able to tell you if the demand draft you used was ever presented to a different bank, because as far as your bank is concerned, it was encashed and issued already.

Just wanted to know if Jan applicants packages are opened up for completeness check and DDs presented.(I am guessing here that even if the procedures are done the mail (AOR) might take time to come)

Onlu one guy in this thread has reported whose DD has got encashed. Otherwise, OINP officials are working on CEC applications with expiring work permit.
