That's what we all are hoping for.
OINP gonna process CEC Inland with expiring work permit applicants and he is one of them.
FSW are also being processed but at very slow rate. Right now, 10th-15th Dec FSW applicants are in row.

Don't worry, you'll retain your place in queue. Once you get back your application package then send it again with new Demand draft and and latest Proof of funds, and latest pay slips of current employer (with bank statement).

sorry for getting back late but when a package is returned and you send it back with the latest information it is treated as a new package and goes down to the bottom of the pile again as per the ontario representative

That's wrong information. If application is returned because of DD then applicant will retain its place in queue.

What happens if my payment expires before it is cashed due to the extended application processing times?
The OINP will ask that a new payment be submitted within 30 days of notifying you. Your application will maintain its place in the queue. Processing will resume once the OINP receives your new payment.

i am very unlucky lol, first time i created my profile in August and i was in the criteria of OINP. but for some reason i wasnt choosen and i realized that in November.
so i was asked to create a new profile then and 3 days later poof i received the email from Ontario showing the interest in me. and so i applied directly and my docs were received there on 8th of January, but so far no news regarding my AOR.

i just wish things worked out from the beginning, i might have been nominated already

same is the case with many. I recreated profile 5 times and finally got PT in December, so we all are in que. But as they stopped sending PT since FEb16, there are no new applications received, which will speed up the process as it goes. january app will get faster AOR than Dec. and February applicants may get even faster, which in turn will get a faster nomination too.

Under 'question category' select 'Payment' and explain that as per OINP update dated January 11, 2016, you had placed a request for duplicate copy of your ECA report to be made available to OINP, but the system also charged you for a report to CIC and you had no option to opt out than to proceed with it and make the payment. In this regard, request them to consider your case for the refund of the amount that was charged for an extra report which was not selected by you. Once the equest has been received by WES, you will get your refund in two installments - CAD 7.91 and CAD 33.90.

I had requested for a refund and only got an email confirmation of CAD7.91 being processed .. is it gonna take some time for them to process CAD 33.90 refund ?

I just checked with BMO that my money order is still outstanding, which means OINP hasn't cashed it out yet. Lucky Jan 8 guy.

yeah takes them around 1 week. Call them though and remind them 2 3 times though.
