OINP Nomination

I have received the NOI from Ontario in Feb. I need to apply for OINP in next 15 days. My CRS score is 435. I think the cut off should come down by May. Although I have started collecting all the docs, I am still in a dilemma whether to apply or not owing to the high fees ($1500).
If I withdraw my EE profile now and resubmit, will I get another nomination from Ontario?
Will withdrawing and resubmitting raise any concerns?

am a bit confuse i the employer for my employer, put the job of the applicant ( me) in NOC D.As i am was working for him in NOC D while on my study permit, should i wait for nomination i can i start working the postion he requested for

Also i am current in the last semester of my course and employer has applued fir pre screening i this fine
