OINP NOI not aceeptance repurcussions

Hello,

I received OINP NOI in Tech Draw in July, 2019.

I don't want to accept the NOI because want to wait for the Federal Express entry FSW stream draw.

How do I safely reject that NOI, considering I might need the NOI in future from Ontario ?
