OINP-International student stream BOWP

Hi guys.
I applied PR through OINP: International student stream.
My PGWP is getting expired so I will apply for work permit.
In my case, I have AOR then can I apply BOWP?

You can apply for BOWP only if your PNP is not attached to an employer.
As per my understanding OINP International student stream PNP letters will have employer name in it.
Also your Work Permit Support letter must be having an employer name. So you can apply for a closed worked permit with that letter.
You can get it renewed if it has expired by requesting the OINP.
