Just a general question. My PGWP expires December. With my nomination, I can apply for a closed work permit for 2 years. Should I apply right away or wait a month or two before December?

And would it be 2 years from the date it's approved or 2 years after December?

I think it would be 2 years from the date you received nomination.

I have submitted a webform. No response yet.

Will do. How come you got rejected the first time?

It’s a very minor error on my CELPIP language test, I put my average score on the overall CLB and not the lowest score. With that my actual EOI score was reduced and I got a Notice to Intent to Refuse.
