How did you organize your package for applying after receiving PT from Ontario?
Separate envelopes for every part of the application?
All papers in the same envelope?
Note stickers for every chapter?

simple they gave checklist so that you can order documents.

and you can just clip each document and then clip everything with a big pin ( do not staple them).

and for reference you cna attach a page with document title for every page at the front.
