OINP HCP - Gap Query

Hi,

The OINP HCP (Human Capital Stream) states that there should not be gap in employment of 1 year continuous full-time job in same NOC. Is this also true for all other years?

If yes, does gap mean 1 month or more? Or even few days gap matter?

You need to have completed twelve months of full time work (30 hours/week) in NOC chosen as primary NOC (type 0, A or B) within last 5 years. You don’t need 5 years of continuous full-time job, only 1.

I have a question here and I am really stressed out can someone please response me
For my primary code the experience is full one year and falls within five years however
For secondary noc code there is a gap of one year and the experience falls in last 10 years
I just wanted to ask shall I include it since with primary I’m only standing on 455 and with secondary it’s 478

I am a fsw candidate applying for OINP I have one year experience in 2172noc code which is my primary noc code and the experience comes under 5 years category
but my other experience that is noc code that is 0122 comes under 10 years

Hi everyone,

Really appreciate the help received here.
I have a concern. I received a NOI from ontario on march 10 which was a tech draw.
The reason I received it is, I believe, because
1. I have 479 CRS
2. I am eligible for CEC
3. The primary NOC I put in EE profile is 21232

The issue I have is, the experience I have for NOC 21232 is less than a year while I have one Year experience in another NOC (22221). Will this pose as a problem?

On the OINP website it stresses that if you are assessed against FSW (which Im not) you need to have 1 year experience IN the primary NOC code.
The same isn't said about if you are assessed against CEC so am I in the clear?

Im really tensed and need to apply in 40days. Someone please tell me that it wont be an issue.
