OINP French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream requirement

I hv just received the PT two days after creating my EE and I hv submitted my application to Ontario on 4th June, they hv received it on 7th June. But so far no AOR received. I hv applied under the French Speaking Stream. As per their website, OINP is still on and open to receive applications. There is no further info about any kind of quota.

I just hope that they have not reached any CAP yet for the French stream.
My NOC is 2173, Software Engineer. I have CLB 10 in French and CLB 8 in English.

Did you receive your ITA after the 9th of may? They stopped sending ITA in the Human Capital stream on that date. But they say that the French stream is still open. It would be great to know the last date anyone got an ITA from Ontario in the French stream.

Called up Ontarion Ministry of Immigration - the person I could talked to confirm they had received my application but that it is still in queue to be processed as of August 12th

Here information from Ontario representative during the online webinar:
1. French stream is opened to any French speaker, not just native speakers.
2. French stream is still opened (information from 6th of October)
3. They have already reached quota for most of their streams for this year (if not all) - here it is not clear if they have enough applicants or they have already issued PNP
4. They do not prioritse any stream against other (i guess save for the case when one stream has already reached quota while other is still accepting)
5. They recheck possible applicants from EE every 1 to 2 weeks

What was observed so far:
1. You have to have French as your first language in EE
2. You have to have English on CBL 6+
3. Sometimes it can happen that there is technical issue with the created profile. If you meet criteria and you still do not get invited in 10 days, delete the EE profile and recreate a new one.

Yes - Immigration officer processed my case in December:
* Got a call on Dec 12 for clarification of some points and additional document requirements (mostly financial details updates).
* Got Nomination on Dec 23rd which I accepted on my Express Entry Profile
* Got the 600 bonus points awarded on Dec 24th - thank you Santa

Thanks, the one thing I'm worried about is the delay for the next draw and especially the validity of language exams.
does the fact that we've been waiting a long time for OINP to process the application plays any kind of role as regards to the expiration date on our language test.
I would hate to have to retake both tests again

Am French too, and I hv passed both my TEF and IELTS. I hv mentionned French as my primary language in my EE profile, together with the score. My understanding of the OINP French Stream is (as per their guide ) : This guide could be found Ontario immigration French Speaking Skills Stream guide.

OINP identifies candidates in Express Entry pool
 OINP searches the Express Entry pool and identifies potential candidates who
meet the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream criteria (see Section 2 for
more information):
1. Minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level of 7 in French and
CLB 6 in English;
2. Minimum work experience as defined by Ontario for either the FSWP or
the CEC candidates;
3. Equivalent of a Canadian Bachelor’s degree or above;
4. Sufficient settlement funds; and
5. An intention to reside in Ontario.
 If OINP identifies you in the Express Entry pool, you will receive a PT Notification
of Interest from Ontario through your MyCIC account. This notification will invite
you to apply to OINP for nomination under the French-Speaking Skilled Worker
Stream


So as per above, it is not just your French AND English languages level that matters, it is a combination of your work experience, your job (NOC for example which is in high demand or not)
