OINP for masters graduate stream

Hi. I am a graduate student and I recently completed my master's program from Brock University. My convocation is set to take place in June 2022.
I would like to know how does the OINP work? Is it a lottery-based program or will I be approved for PR if I meet all requirements?

Could someone please provide me detailed information about the OINP for Master's Graduate Stream?

There are limited spots available each year. The program opens for a short period of time and the available spots are taken quickly on a first come, first serve basis. Many who qualify and want a spot each year do not get one.

Hello.. I am trying to submit my EOI for masters graduate stream but I keep on getting this "we have encountered an error during your submission. Please wait a minute and try again by selecting the submit button". Did someone else face this issue? If yes, can somebody please tell how to resolve it?
