@phanikiran.kara do you have birth certificate issued by any competent Indian authority? If one doesn’t have a birth certificate as birth certificates were rare in India in those days what is the alternative?
Yes I do have a registered birth certificate.. Is it really required? Who is asking for it?

Police clearance for everyone included in the application?i believe me and my wife needs it not kids right?they both are under 10.Also I believe the same police clearance can be submitted for the purpose of applying work permit after we get the work support letter along with the nomination, I am
not sure if police clearance is required for WP please reply.

Further for the WP ,I believe the medicals would also be required.

Please throw some light on both the issues.
Medicals not required for Indian citizens living for more than, I think, 18 months in USA or other approved countries. I am talking about WP.

Hey there,

Question for you. After I received my nomination by OINP, should I need to keep in the same job until my PR arrived / work in the same company? like 15 to 19 months

Most likely yes and definitely yes, until you get your AOR. In all cases, you need to inform both OINP and ICC regarding job change. If the next job is better and still falls under same or better category, then OINP may continue to support you.

Does anyone know who will confirm the position or responsibilities you have done in your previous employer, PNP process or the PR application process?

as long as your application has not been process yet, status is submitted, you withdraw it and then you can get refund, right ?
