I am not sure, but I think that if you get your nomination, you cannot leave the employer who supported your nomination till you get your PR.
There is not invitation to PR nor Express Entry. With your nomination, you should apply to PR by paper to IRCC and wait 12-18 months to get approved. Meanwhile, you have to apply for the bridging Work Permit.

Yes, even I thought so. I hope the paper process gets better and quicker. Should be given an opportunity to convert to express entry. Hope OINP selects us through Federal skilled category based on offers.

Yes! I could not imagine how it will be when we have to wait for 15-18 months to get PR! I will become crazy!

yes, that's really worse, due to age issue, my CRS score is only 404, so I don't have any chance to get NOI to go via EE stream, apply for PR via paper stream is the only option I can have.

in 2018, Ontario has done 3 times draw target with valid job offer holders, the lowest score is only around 350, but similar draw never happen this year, no idea what's the reason for it.
