I have received an email from ONIP regarding the approval of my application.
Now I have the Nomination Approval Letter and Confirmation of Nomination.
What is the next step?
I have the OWP till July 2021, so, can I apply for another work permit under my employer's name or not?

Next step you could apply for a new WP under your employer, or you could just apply for PR and then apply for new WP before your current one expires. I believe you just need to be in status, could be more of a headache if you delay applying for WP though so maybe just do it anyway.

Do you know how long your new WP will be valid for?

Based on the letter from OINP, it seems that it will be valid for 2 years

Congrats! That was fast indeed!!
Since you have a valid WP, I’d suggest you to apply for PR and next year you can apply for a bridging WP.

Heartiest congratulations, that was super duper quick, timelines fir OINP-Foreign Worker stream is 90-120 days and you received it in a month. Are you in Canada and already working there. Or you are an outland.

HI Guys, hope you guys are living safe and healthy during these trying times, i got my PAL friday last week what are my next steps? i see my date also exteneded a month to Sep 2021 now, when is the good time to give upfront medicals? and order GCMS notes? i am still waiting Service canada to open so i can complete biometrics .

Hello guys, one question about GCMS, I'm using agent for the PR application and not able to link the application to my own profile, I want to know whether it is possible for me to order the GCMS notes by myself in order to track the status? after you ordered the GCMS note, the update goes to your linked application case or via different way, i.e email?

Hi @kumar143, I think the best option would be waiting when your process is less than a year of the due date, if you want to go upfront.
I asked my GCMS notes yesterday, 2ish months after the Medicals passed.

thanks Fonca, can you share where you ordered the GCMS notes? they will send you email if there is any further update or only provide all what already happened when you order it?

I did some research, seems that GCMS will only tell you what already happened. thanks.
