It is not just true but a requirement of OINP Nomination to re-create file near to dates when they send NOI. So, when in future OINP will update their website that they have re-opened HCP stream then all candidates without NOI will have to recreate profile to be selected. No need to re-create at the moment.

Just to be clear, when you say 're-create the profile', you mean 'withdraw' the express entry profile, 'delete' it and create a new profile and submit it right?

Withdraw application and make new profile from the same account.

Finally, Ontario has updated it's remaining quota of nominations. It's 988 nominations yet to be given after 11th Sept.
Can someone answer does the province start receiving application for January 2018 with fresh intake quota of 6000 applicants in nov-dec 2017 as their processing takes 30-60 days for HCP ? And will our NOI be valid for that as well ?

Having less than 1000 Nominations remaining and at least 100 still in Assessment or DIP status it seems even if they re-open they will not issue new NOI. The reason is CIC scores have remained above 430 and many candidates in 400-420 range are prepared to apply due to this immediately once its re-opens.

New NOI issuance this year would be little difficult this year. Will they start accepting applications from the remaining NOI already issued this year to be considered for he next year intake quota of 6000 applicants. If that happens then it may start accepting applications in Nov and Dec 2017 only. Pls correct me if I am wrong ...

They will not take applications for 2018 during 2017. Probably quotas are renewed in April each year. NOI will still be valid until it expires.

So, that indicates OINP is processing about 30 applications a day as compared to 20 applications per day in July. The average applications per day are about 22.

If OINP process 22 applications per day then by the end of 15th September we will have about 900 Nominations remaining. So it means all quota will be consumed by the end of October if they don't temporarily stop sending nominations for the year.

Does any one know which order they are following while processing the application? is it the Application submission date or the file number?
If some of the guys who have already been nominated can share with us the last 4 digits of their application number, we might be able to figure out their weird way of work :$

Neither is followed. I have already given a detailed analysis on this in past and the conclusion is that priority is given to ICT applicants while other NOC applicants face delays in getting Nominations.

I have seen people with file numbers and still, there is no pattern with it. The only pattern that was seen is NOC codes. However, I wish everyone to get Nomination very soon. Today will be a lucky day for many. Good Luck
