I Also attached 1 yr bank statements and contract
Yet the OINP comment was in stating # of hrs...although it was written that its a full time job
copied this from my e Portal application and it clearly states to mention number of hours worked per week
- Copies of your employment reference letters from previous/current employers. Letters must be printed on company letterhead and identify company address, telephone/fax numbers, email and website addresses; indicate the responsible officer/supervisor and include his/her signature; specify your employment period, your positions held, duties and responsibilities during the employment period for each position and the time spent in each position (if applicable), your total annual salary plus benefits, number of hours worked per week and any extended periods of leave.
What i know that" full time job" means certain # of hours...there is a standard worldwide 4 associated # of hrs.... which is 40 hrs/week...and around 1500 per year
Exact # of hrs r needed if its not mentioned as full time job...to find associated equivalent..
.
Did all of u guys out here mentioned exact # of hrs in ur letters?

Thanks for your mail ...I am sorry i heard a lot about the LOE but i dont know much about ...is there a certain format or way to write it ?Yes, I did. And I'm guessing most people here did.
They're (OINP) very specific with the reference letter.
And as I've read in these forums, main reasons for rejections in the EE include bad reference letters.
You have to be very specific with these, and if the company is not willing to adapt them to what OINP and IRCC asks, then write and LoE or have a supervisor writing a letter explaining the situation. Include the missing data in the LoE as well.

Is it a must to attach it to the mail in PDF format as a standalone attachment or i can write in the the mail body to them usually ?
