I have tried calling them a lot as well. They just won't answer.

Mine also PB. Received ack on 25th. No updates since. Frustrating . May be this officer is on vacation..

Mine officer is also same

I got first ADR on Nov 10th, sent docs on Nov 11th. Second ADR on Nov 18th, replied on Nov 21st.
