OINP Application sent in March 2016

is anyone maintaining a list of all of us who sent application in March. People who sent their application in December has a list of their members and now are posting as and when they are getting AOR. two of 1st dec applications got AOR on 8th April.

I guess it would be better if we all too have that kind of list. It really helps. Though we have a tracker but it is not updated lately. But for us we can have just a track on this thread.

What are others' suggesting?

hi guys....

i received my PT on Feb 8th, delivered my package on march 3rd. add me to the list
Since I forgot to add my old passport copies in the original application, I again dropped a courier in onip office with old passport copies on march 23rd and sent them an email...45 days deadline ended of march 23rd hope they consider the application.

Hi yes there is a spreadsheet. I was suggesting just keeping a track in this forum by typing in, as no point in making another excel.

My suggestion was like below:

Hey everyone add me to the list for March application received by Ontario on 7 March 2016. My only concern with the delays and not sure what everyone else's situation is. I didn't get it couriered in I got in sent via registered mail to Canada and the UK post office sent me a tracking number and a recoeved date of March 7. My concern is around actually ensuring they have the application. I don't want to hassle them and know it will be months before any notification comes out however I'm concerned that if the application was not recoeved then I am wasting 3 months. Is there anyway to check easily, they don't send out automatic recipts for payment etc before aor do they?.

Hi Charrington,

From what I am aware, you will only get AOR. And that is the only acknowledgement that you would get. If before that people try to contact them they get an automated response. You can still try if you like, there is nothing to loose if you do.
I sent my application through DHL and whatever date they told me that my package was delivered is what I am considering the date OINP got it. I have kept my receipt just in case something goes wrong.

And feel free to edit the list yourself if you like...

Yeah, the wait is going to be long. Unless, they decide to process applications a bit quicker. ( or so I hope )

Also does anyone know why there is such a delay in aor, has Ontario run out of nominations that they can issue for the year. I was looking at the December forum and there only seems to be one issued a day, based on this it would be July at least before ours were ready for processing, just seems a very lengthy process compared to the 90 day target.

you are right . it is taking 135 days for December applicants. count yours.
