OINP Application - Online Payment Rejected

Hello everybody,

I am stuck with my OINP application online payment on the OINP e-portal. When I try to pay the $1500 fee, right after submitting my Visa card data I get these 2 lines of errors:

Transaction Rejected: Transaction Declined
Possible Causes: Missing or invalid redirection URL


My bank says that they don't even register any activity on my card. I have sufficient funds and I am sure the card is working because I'm using it every day.

I would be grateful to hear some opinions about the possible reasons for this.
Also, will it be possible if I transfer money to someone else so they would pay from their card?

Hi there, I am having the same issue, I tried both Credit and Debit and nothing, seems to be a problem with the website, but how to figure this out?

It worked just now! Seems like there was some issue with the portal.
