Is it possible to get the history of our visit to doctors nd Travell history with in the last 3 years immediately after applying for our citizenship so that we don't waste time when we get RQ in future and apply later on for these reports.

Will CIC accept them if obtained before the RQ date?

Yes, you can request both reports anytime you want. If your reports cover the time frame that CIC wants, you can definitely use those reports for purposes like RQ.
