My work permit application is in progess and according to deadline its being delayed as per IRCC processing timelines. My wife (on dependent vistor record) needs medical facilites.

Please advise if there is any way health card can be renewed for me and my wife?

You will need to contact your provincial healthcare provider to determine what your options are.
My suspicion is that your coverage will have lapsed and you will need to pay for the treatments yourself.
