Official Transcripts in sealed university envelops? double

Hi Friends, I am at stage 1 of my application as FSW, I am currently living and working in Singapore.

Please confirm for me the following:

1. I have to send my application for Sydney NS.
2. Do I need to send the official transcripts in university sealed envelops to Sydney NS? OR notarized copy for the origenals (which i have with me)

3. I have my IELTS result with me, Do i need to send original/copy of the same to Sydney NS? as i have read if you can provide then this info it helps them to access your points more accuratly. though i have getting total 76 of which (12 of IELTS)

send only forms, address label, checque, and photocopy of biopage of passport to Sydney, NS.

You should read the rules on www.cic.gc.ca. It would help.

no transcripts and IELTS results to sydney. only the signed application forms, cheque, copy of biodata page of principal applicant's passport, mailing labels.
