When paying online we used my wife's mother's credit card. On the printed original receipt who's details do we put?

If you are talking about the e-payment receipt you are sent to you by email in PDF and has a box of Client ID on the right, then this is your details not your mother in-laws.

Hi ya I'm the applicant and my wife is the sponsor so shall I put her name and address and where do I find the client I.d number (would that be the receipt number)

My husband was the sponsor and he paid the fee and I believe he put his details not mine. Unless you have previously submitted an application for immigration such as Work Permit etc, you will not have a Client ID yet so leave this blank.

Once your payment has been approved, an official receipt is displayed. You must print two copies of this receipt and fill out by hand the Payer Information on both copies. Please attach one copy to your completed application and keep the other one for your record.

We usen my mother in laws credit card so would her details be written on the receipt as she paid or will I put my wife's name and address as she's the sponsor?
