Given they sent that tweet today (30th) and they said the draw will take place at the end of January and I imagine they won't work saturday I can only determine the draw is today lol.

The only thing that bothers me, is that account is now verified by twitter like @canada is

I wont be surprised if they work on Saturday...remember EE was launched on 1st jan which was a vholiday as well...

EE system is all computer codes, and is able to run with no human control. So I won't be surprise a draw happens during weekends.
But yes, a twitter-verified account should have a check next to its name, @CitImmCanada doesn't have that.
