Offer of Employment, Letter of Employment, Employment records combined possible?

Here is my scenario: I have been with one group of companies for more than ten years, so:
2010-12: Company 1 in Canada on work permit
2012-14: Company 2 (same group) in Canada on work permit
2014-16: Company 1 in Canada on work permit
2016-18: Same group of companies but abroad (different company, work permit abroad)
Since 2019: Work permit for Company 1 in Canada
I have one letter which is basically an Offer of Arranged Employment and Reference letter that confirms:
I have been in Canada with the group of companies on work permits from 2010-2016 and have now been with the company since January 2019 (more than 2 years) again. It outlines my roles, which have been the same because it's the same positions. It outlines my future and current salary (which will stay the same and I have pay stubs for it since I started in 2019) but it doesn't show my salary from 2010-2016 and I can't find the paystubs.

Does anyone know if that is sufficient to upload into all the sections for Offer of Employment, Letter of Employment and Employment records?

Issue is it will be tough to obtain specific letters for each position because management has changed and current HR and Management doesn't have access to all records from that time.
