offer letter address issue

I applied for fall intake, but I haven't received any response from the IRCC
so I want to defer my intake to jan 2022

I applied for my offer letter from Spain (when I was there)

then I came to India, to apply under SDS..
right now I am in India
so in my new offer letter (of deferment) should I go with the same address of Spain or
should I ask them to change with the present address (INDIA)....
coz i will go back to spain again..

I have an Indian address on my passport.

Address on offer letter will effect the result of study permit????
what should i do??

I don't think it would, IRCC will see your travel to Spain and make sense of it.
Mention in LOE.
