October SOWP applicants delays

Any one knows why October month spouse open work permit is getting delayed to get approval and passport request.
Lucky November month applicants are getting approval.
My application applied October 5th and biometrics and medical updated on 14th October.
From this forum more November applicants get approval.
Any one know what is reason

Why October applicants only have unknown delays.
If they reject we can apply again and visa is quickly processing. Now the situation is applied visa have no guarenty will be approved and after October month applicants are getting approval very quickly. What is the reason? Any one please....

Did you submitted any webform?
We are mainly looking for people who apply inside India to get updates.
In India so many October month applicants have delays for approval. But November applicants easily get approval.. . Don't know how the system is going on.. .
