I'm part of Nov's intake, but I want to attach a clarification cover letter. The agent over the phone couldn't find my application, how can I submit a webform in that case?
(I think the clarification is related to the background step, which seems to happen with the AOR step based on the shared timelines on this forum).

Hi, I applied on 5th Oct and I got my AOR today. When I tried creating my tracker account, it shows an error. Are you able to create an account to track the same?
