Hello all. Submitted citizenship application October 21st 2025. Received a "submission confirmation" email on that day. Today received an email from ircc with a letter attached titled "application for Canadian citizenship" it basically said we are reviewing you application and said once it's deemed completed you'll be invited to take the test. This is NOT the AOR I'm assuming. Does it mean we are close to getting the AOR?

Apparently it is the AOR I received. Now when I'm trying to set up my account for the application tracker I never receive the verification email from ircc. HO HUM

Hi guys, I received my AOR from IRCC by email, but when I log into my online profile it hasn’t been updated yet. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

You mean the online account where you submitted the citizenship application ? - I believe that will never show any updates.

Post AOR (a few days to a week-ish), you should receive an email with instructions to create a tracker account (separate thing from the application portal). Once you create that account, that's where you'll begin to see updates as they happen.

I believe you should be able to create this account yourself (even if you haven't got that tracker email) since your AOR was on January 19th, but i don't know for sure/ how.
