Withdrawing probably won’t help and the fees aren’t refundable. I was in the same boat with npr. I got exit and entry records from CBSA and sent them to IRCC. It seems to have kicked my application back into gear as I’ve finally gotten the test invite
I don’t know if it’s going to help or not but I want to try it.
I already sent them a detailed explanation but nothing is changed. I didn’t even get any response except automated emails. At this point, I don’t care about fees. It’s just unfair. I’m single, I filled my days, I got enough language scores, I didn’t commit any crime and finally I paid my taxes. What else?
Today it’s been one year after last update which was test completed. I have sent a email to my mp last Friday and I am waiting for their response. Waiting again
…In my view it's VERY unlikely it will be any quicker, and if anything likely to extend it further (i.e. beyond what you could expect now).I don’t know if it’s going to help or not but I want to try it.
