For Oath ceremony, I was asked to bring in PR card and then one more identity card like DL, this additional ID is not needed for minors under 14.
I would advise to keep your health card if in case they ask for it.
They did not ask for my COPR neither did they ask me to write anything on it.
I cut my PR card and then took Oath and sang O Canada

For the Oath of citizenship form, take a print out and sign after the ceremony, scan and send it to email provided in the form. In subject line we where asked to write like this
"Oath form Dec 21st 2023 1:15PM File # C00....."
No need to send this form for minors under 14

Once this is done it will take 5 business day to get e certificate. we where told to expect around Jan 3-5
