Hi,
Has anyone sent email to RCMP/IRCC for following up on the fingerprint? We received the fingerprint request on 11/27 and submitted the finger on 11/30. The are no updates in tracker post the submission.

Is that ok to follow-up with the RCMP?

We received the fingerprint request from Vancouver office - DN Vancouver Citizenship / Citoyennete Vancouver RN (IRCC) and AOR letter from Sydney, NS office. Which one will be considered as processing office?

It's hard to tell based on this info.
It's normally the office which sends you test invitation.
I gave my fingerprints on Dec 6 and haven't heard back yet.
I think you will get acknowledgment soon.
