Most of the other centers are giving LPP completed within 10 days of test update, but scarborough office is taking like on average 7-8 weeks. Even, not a single person got LPP completed before than that. Paper or Online doesn't matter, it is the case officers or human assigned on the case they matter. Sometimes, they have too much workload in a processing center, or are following some guidelines too stringently (probably enforced by management) or their work ehtic or peer pressure compels them to do. Well, this is what statistics tell that some centers are super fast as compared to some others working on snail pace.

Can you post the email ID frm which you got the test invite? I applied from Scarborough as well. But in the invitation letter, it is mentioned Sydney office address:

And email i received the test invite is :

There is no tracker app actually. It is excel file (I think placed on the 1st page of this thread, where moderator or users update their file updates on different events e.g. test invite, LPP passed etc. Over there I saw different month tabs for the Scarborough office, and saw that applicants from August/September are still waiting on LPP. I don't know whether it is the update problem on that excel file, or they are really waiting. Some other members also suggested the average timeline of LPP for about 8-9 weeks for Scarborough. Although it is super quick for other offices for like 10 days or so. Well, that is the estimate.

@hashish89 Just out of curiosity had you not attached the IELTS TRF as language proof. I am planning to attach that. Why they requested for Degree

I got the same request today. I had everything they requested so I replied right away and I also attached my i94 travel summary from cbp's website as I have only been to USA in the eligibility period just to speed up the process for them.

Generally office is assigned closer to your home but then files are reassigned to manage workload and later they get reassigned again when your oath is to be scheduled.

I submitted a Degree certificate from abroad, detailed mark sheets from all the semesters, and an MOI letter from the institute stating the course was in English when submitting the application.

The officer said he can only see the MOI on his/her end and I resubmitted the docs via email again.
