Hi guys, I finally got good news. Here is my timeline:

Oct 12 2021 -> Application submitted
Nov 21 2022 -> AOR received
Apr 12 2022 -> Fingerprints Required
May 10 2022: Background completed
July 4 2022 - Test completed
January 14 2023: Language Skills, Physical Presence, Prohibitions updated
February 24 2023: Oath Scheduled

I'm still here too. I applied in October 2020. AOR January 2021 and nothing after that.

Same with me and for my family. My application is being processed in Hamilton office. I asked my MP's office to request for an update from IRCC.

They replied back that my application is non-routine (don't know what that means, we haven't made any changes since application).
The security verification is in progress. The criminality has passed. IRCC was not able to provide further information

So, it is just a waiting game now.. lol

Hi, I applied for citizenship (sent papers) in Oct 2021, received AOR in January 2022. I have not heard back ever since. Anyone on the same boat? When can I expect citizenship test?

There are a lot of us. IRCC is processing Jan-2022 and after applications within the 1 year window and trying to slowly catch-up on the older applications. Doesn't make sense, but then.. its a govt. office.

I actually don't know which office is dealing with my application. Is there a way to find out? Can you please guide me on what the process looks like? Thank you

You can call IRCC contact center and they will tell you which office is processing your application

No idea , but I contacted IRCC early December and they told me they got the CSIS report October 16th.

finally Scheduled for Citizenship oath on Jan24.....status updated online and email not yet received

Attended oath ceremony on Jan24th and my application status updated as closed on Jan26th.
