Any idea, how long on average it take for oath invite after test ? I gave my test on 22nd July as well. Thanks.

That's anybody's guess. You can try to ascertain an average from the spreadsheets, but really you wouldn't know because an average would require data on people whose process takes the longest and we don't have that info.

It can take as little as a month or as much as 2 years...

It also varies by the office processing your file, and perhaps whether you applied on paper or online.

I got my oath date 3 weeks after receiving dm. But each case is different.

does Webform delay in the process of application? I believe my webform regarding technical glitch for duplicate submission is creating delay for any updates since AOR Jan have 17?

any ideas?

I am guessing, it would depend what the webform is about. If you provide additional information that they have already cleared you for then they may have to go back and clear you again...

I sent a webform that I have moved out of Canada. There is a possibility they may scrutinise my application more and that may cause a delay.

However, in your case, it was a glitch that was rectified a long time ago. The IRCC agent you spoke to also said there are no issues. So no, I do not think there is any delay being cause by your webform.

Yes, it takes a bit of time for them to invite you in. Some times 30 to 40 mins.

I have received fingerprint request from CIC for Citizenship, Has anyone else received that as well?
I did go ahead and submitted my fingerprints on 22nd July 2022 and RCMP informed it will take 15 to 30 days to update on my application.

I still see Language Skills, Physical Presence , Background check , Prohibitions - In progress. Do anyone have idea when this gets updated?

It turns out there was some technical difficulties. Close to one hour after the original start time it began. . I did panic though thinking something had gone wrong!

Yes, it took a while. There was over 200 of us!

Hello everyone,
feels wonderful to be back on this forum . Hope everyone is doing well.
I will be eligible to apply for citizenship by the end of October Yay! I came to Canada in October 2018.
I got a question relating the application, specifically the question about taxes.
"Tell us when you filed taxes...
Obviously I filed taxes in Canada for 2018, 2019 and 2020. But not for 2017 and 2016. In my home country we are not required to file taxes so I haven't filed any. Should I live those boxes blank?

Yup, just empty. They don't care for non Canadian taxes anyways
