@legalfalcon Does everyone get the remedical request ? Or it gets extended automatically if you are in safe category(M1) ? How much time is given for doing remedical ?

IRCC has had different policies. In the past, they were giving extensions, but now remeds seems to be the norm.

Same. Mine expired 31st Aug. No update still.
same, also applied for gcms notes and waiting since aug 09, more then 3 months now but at least it's good to see some movement. If IRCC could just give us a definitive timeline, how can you plan for anything if you don't know where you'll be in the near future!?

Hi guys!
It's been 11 years I am working, I have changed my job few months back, as per my gcms noted they have taken experience for first 3 years of work.
Do still I need to notify IRCC?

If you got maximum points for work experience than I don't think it matters.

AOR - 23 Oct 2020
Primary Office - CPC Ottawa
Secondary Office - CIO
Medicals - Passed in Oct'20
Biometrics - Jan'21
FSW-Outlander

There has been no update since then. Ordered GCMS notes 2 times - May'21 & Aug'21. There has been no change and update on my case. Feeling very helpless, don't know what to do.

I saw some PNP applicants with expired medicals received an extension and didn't have to re-do their medical. So just be patient, they seem to have a huge backlog to work through..also if they haven't done any work on your profile, you won't receive GCMS notes (in the same boat too).

Hang in there. I know exactly how you feel. It's hard not knowing what will happen and when. I'm rooting for Q1 2022. Q1 2020 AOR apps have started getting approvals so it's not too wild a guess. There were no draws in Q2 2020 so Q3 AOR apps are next in line.

@legalfalcon
Any help on this matter will be highly appreciated. I am based out of India and have received the email from CIC for passport(s) submission.
The email states that 'single package should include the passports, photos, passport submission letter, etc. for the primary applicant and all the accompanying family members'.
The VFS mentioned raising a web form for a 2-way courier service. The caveat is that the web form accepts only a single passport for the visa. I still proceeded and completed the payment for the 2-way courier service.
Now, the mail from VFS states in the 'notes' section:
In the case of a family, a separate AWB will be created for each Applicant and thus the Applicant will need to create a separate package for each Applicant with all the required documents.
I have written to the VFS for the confusion but am unsure if I'll receive a timely response before the agent from the courier company comes for the passport package pick up.

Thanks in advance..
