Just got off the phone call with an IRCC agent just now.

Was able to get all the details relating to my application:

1. Eligibility: Haven't started (I was really really worried about my NOC code, so I sent a webform to rectify it yesterday, haven't received, they said webforms will take at least 5 working days to show up in their system.)
2. Criminality: Complete
3. Security: Haven't started

Ah right. That one u probably will not get any reply as it doesn’t affect ur application in anyway. Everything is locked up since AoR.

Still the agent told me to update the IRCC about any changes. I did inform them but got no response but lets hope you get your response quick.

Thanx, agent told me today to not expect for any response from them though. Just call them up again after awhile if I wish to confirm they received my document. Don’t think I’ll call again any soon though.. this thing is eating me up. But surely any changes I’ll update here.

Hey, the gal said do not expect a reply from webform. 5 working days is when they will receive it in their system but they normally do not reply unless they need something from u.

Do queries asked in web forms gets reflected in our application’s GCMS notes as well?
I asked about adding my spouse through web form and they gave me a set of forms. But I don’t want to add my spouse.
Now I am worried that they might put my application on hold thinking that I want to add my spouse in my application.
Can anyone please clarify about this. I am really worried.

same as mine "Processing your bg ", I assume once they start review eligibility it will change to "bg in progress"

hello,

Since some of you called Ircc, i just called them, waiting 34 min but at last got to talk to an agent:

AOR october 10th (on profile)
MEP and updated biometrics november 20th (on profile)
RCMP requested on november 20th - sent november 30th (on profile" We are reviewing the additional documents you provided")
called ircc december 31 st : criminality in progress (We are processing your background check)
Eligibility and security havent started (agent said)
Ottawa office.

I would like to add that i kept at least 5 screen shot of ghost updates (though nothing changed in my file)
I also ordered GSCM notes on december 13th. Agent told me they got my request on december 16th and I will receive every written notes to december 16th.

Have a nice last 2020 day.

As said above, background check will change once your eligibility is passed.

Do you have an idea, how much time is taken for Eligibility after AOR?
