You can try Thegcmsonline. I ordered mine in May through them and got it exactly in 30 days, for 161 ZAR. The second one I ordered recently isn't out yet though but the first one was very fast.

It's a request for new medical, IMM 1710E . Our medicals were expired on 3rd Oct'2021.

We went for re-medical on 27th Oct, and today I see that the status of my PR application was 'Application Updated'.
Inside there was an update that the medicals passed on 6th November'21.
