Hi all,

Post Biometrics, the applicants name on CIC profile is showing twice in capital letters (upper case). Is anyone else facing similar issue??

Yes, it is written in capital letters but I don't see why it should be an issue?

I got a GU 2 weeks back, finally able to talk to agent. As per agent, there is no change in my status other than Criminality is in Progress rest all not started at all. Don't know was it a system glitch or not.
My files is moved to local VO. Aor is Oct 12th.

I ordered new gcsm notes, so dont know when I will get them...october AOR is supposed to get PR in april...which is soon. I am just a bit worried as nothing has started except criminality in progress for my case....How long is it going to delay our application? Do you think they can finalize criminality, security and eligibility in 1 or 2 months?

looking at immtracker for CEC applications in the entire 2020, I expect about 200-250 days.

So for CEC October 2020, May June seems feasible.


My main concern is if they decline it because I have something missing or there is an error. I rather prefer they decline it fast, so I can reapply now, than waiting 7-8 months and then get declined.

Would you please check for me? Aor 10th october, cec, med passed 20 november. Adr 1st december. bio exempted but same date than MEP. Thank you. May or June would already be great. Just worried as you say, would they request any ADR now....

In the best case you will receive your PPR on the 28 March 2021 in the worst case it will be the 18 June 2021. On average you should expect a PPR by the 8 May 2021

You should count 211-252 days for your application.

This is not an official info at all. Just an estimate looking at the applications on immtracker... so take those numbers very carefully. Nothing is said about noc, citizenship etc, which can affect your application.

Mine is moved to Etobicoke, surprising as Etobicoke handles mostly meant for Corp processing and onboarding of Corps where interview necessary. I know cases goes there but processing of file out there is time consuming and it will be frustrating journey in mine case. Inland, CEC , PNP in Canada paying tax for 2 + years whatelse they need me to give CEC

Notes clearly stated Security Not started - Eligibility not started - Criminality in progress - info sharing in progress as I saw some sharing started. I am CEC. GCMS notes dated of december because I wasn't aware they are printed a few days after request. So now I have ordered with CBSA...

I am inland thought, I won't need PPR normally. Does this change anything?
