@legalfalcon Sir
I have one small query. I am planning to visit my family in US next month. I will be staying in US for about 21 days. If I get a remedial request while I am there, can go for medical exam in US or do I need to go for it once I am back in India?

You can get medicals done anywhere across the globe by a panel physician who is approved to do the medicals by IRCC.

Hi @legalfalcon sir,
I ordered my GCMS notes from getgcms and received latest notes last week. I read online about notes being released in new format but the one I got are in old format? Is it normal?

Hello Everyone

AOR - Oct 2019
VO - ottawa

I have a relative in Canada so I requested GCMS notes directly from the CiC ATIP page since August 2021. We are yet to receive the notes. Please how does one file complaint about this?

October 2019 AOR here. I saw an update on my application this morning. The medical exam that had previously been extended in November 2020 has changed to "You do not need a medical exam". I am happy to see that they are working on the application. Hopefully PPR is next.

Looks like the Ottawa office is back at work.

Lucky you! Apparently I do need to retake them. Another 700€ outta my pockets. I wonder if they'll move on with the processing after, or it'll take them another 2 years to request medicals again.

From what I read online it appears that this is the step before they request new medical exams.
I was hoping that would not be the case as in my area (Western US) there is only one certified doctor for several states and he is generally very busy. This whole process has been so frustrating.

Went exactly y-day for our re-medicals, now let's wait again. Hopefully we'll hear some news in the next few months.

October, 2019 AOR. Approved since September, 2020. Extended medical expired on February, 2021. Proactively did upfront medical on 27 September, 2021. Neither any medical request received nor the medical updated. People from 2020 AOR are getting remed and ppr but October, 2019 is being ignored.

Oh my goodness!!
Your case is so similar to mine.
We did our upfront medicals mid October. Now just waiting and waiting. Did you order your gcms notes recently. Are you in the cpco COVID rfv group?

Saw another update this morning saying that the medical exam had been approved as of today, without having to do a re-medical.
This is the second update within the last 10 days. Hope PPR is next!
