May be you send a webform to find out what the GU was for.

I had one two days ago updating biometrics too! Although it stated Biometrics completed with the date of my AOR...

Hopefully the applications are moving!

So my profile said "application/profile updated".

And it just updated to:

100% complete
AOR : Oct 10
Latest update:
Review of medical results - October 30, 2019:You passed the medical exam.

Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.

About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete.

Is it that my file is now moved to Ottawa or still at CIO Sydney NS

In my opinion, Eligibility is the biggest hurdle and you have cleared it. Once you have no record, security will go through in time. If I were you I would feel good.

My friend's IELTS expired a week after AOR. He got his PR. No need to worry.

Your IELTS score might have been expired, but they remained locked in the day you recieve ITA until the final decision of your application.
