Told by agent all passed. For final review.
Called yesterday. Was told still under final review.
Received mail on registered email at 11:05am today saying there is a new message in my cic account.
Checked cic account. It passport request

I think I just received Passport Request Letter this morning. It showed as Information Letter.
it says: The processing of you application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, permanent residence visa.

ADR police certificate from my home country February 9th,
PPR March 6th.
Never ever had an ghost update.
