Hello all,
I called up the cic and they told that the eligibilty is under review by officer.
Does "under review" and "review required" same thing?
I have not got any ADR yet. My AOR is 13th october.
Pls guide.

Primary Applicant ECA: BTech(India)+Post Graduate Diploma(UK)
ECA: WES, Canadian equivalent as 4yr- Bachelor and 1 year Post Graduate Diploma
Spouse
Secondary Applicant ECA: BTech (India)
ECA: WES, Canadian equivalent as 4yr- Bachelor
NoC: 2171
CRS :463
Score dropped 5 points due to age. final score 458 .
It was back to back draws in August . I was super lucky to get ITA on 20th Aug 2019.Scores never dropped below 460 after that

POF - 100% Gift Deed from father .
Employement Proofs : Paystubs,joining letter ,Form 16.
For reference letter i have submitted notarized letter from my team lead with his signature and company ID card . also attached HR denial email saying Reference letter cannot be given to Active employee
PCC from local Indian PSK and UK PCC
BIL:7th/Nov/2019
MEP: 5th/Nov/2019

Called CIC on Jan30th 2020 to know the VO
Eligibility - Recommended pass and rest not started
VO is Ottawa
Called again on 5th march ..agent said all passed and final review is pending
Ghost Update : March 5th 2020

I have noticed that 2nd GU comes after a month and then PPR, but I haven’t received anything yet

I am in the same boat that you were in. My CRS: 461, ITA: 20-Aug-2019. AOR: 2-Oct-2019.
My birthday was in Dec-2019, I don't think this should have an impact, right?
However till now no GU, nothing at all.
I called CIC two weeks ago and they said additional verification in process.
The main issue that concerns me is that my team lead has retired 4 months back.
He has since then been on a world tour kind of.. I am not sure if he checks his emails.
So, quick question to you: Did CIC call or email your team lead whose ref letter you provided?
If yes, then did they call or email and also what did they ask?

Just got an email response from CIC for web form query stating "Your application is with our office and is currently under review. You will be contacted further in due course. "

I called them on Mar-3rd to inquire on my ghost update on 24_Feb. Agent said it was approved.

Speaking of which, I am being asked in job application forms to indicate if I am eligible to work in Canada. Should I answer yes? Because technically I am not at the moment, but I will be, hopefully. It also means that I will not need sponsorship from the employer.
