I am 29 oct applicant and have not heard anything since january (Medical was last update for me)
I am Oct 5th applicant for my husband. No updates online since Medical results received in Feb 2019.
Fingerprints done on May 23
Pre-arrival services letter received July 22nd
Another letter about newcomers received on Aug 23, the letter starts as
"Did you know that services for newcomers are available to you right now?
You don’t have to wait until you’re in Canada to access our services for newcomers."
It looks like they are already treating my husband as a newcomer and even though tt will be 12 months this coming Saturday, but no passport request yet. I see quite a few people are also at 12 months term.
Is there any hope that my husband can get to Canada before Christmas?
They are doing his background check. Seems like you are close.... which visa office is that?

I am from Ukraine, but my visa office is London... I thought before that kyiv is faster. Hope pr will come soon!!!!May be processing the application in London is better than having it processed in KyivOh wow

At present, my wife and child have approved visitor visas valid till Jan 2020. They are staying with me in Canada, and since my application is "OUTLAND" type Can someone please suggest on my below queries:

- Within next few months, if we get PPR from CIC, where should I send the passports because PA/dep will be in Canada at this time?
- For the COPR received along with passports, Do PA/dep need to go out of Canada and required to do a port of entry at the border crossing from Niagara falls bridge? I assume based on outland application, this has to be done and will not be mentioned from CIC to me to do this.
