Its really long wait now ! Sent FP in FEB and no updates after that (Edmonton Office).

Yes, looks like that they are now setting their target as such (12 to 14 months from IP). I noticed in my Notes that the due date mentioned (to complete test/oath) is early Dec 2019 (I.e. approx. 12.5 months in total from IP)

I wonder if it's time to bug our MPs. This link [1] says that:

If you apply by mail, the processing time starts when your application arrives in our mailroom.
So basically 12-14 months from IP is 15-17 months total.
