I got my test invite today (Oct 3rd) and my Test date is Oct 22nd at Mississauga. Please update the tracker.

I have following doubts. I have applied along with my son, who is 5 years old. But this email is addressed only for me.
Do I need to bring my kid to citizenship interview?
Also do I need to take all the documents for my kid as well for citizenship interview? Someone please advise.

updated. for kids no test. no need to take them. but yeah pls take the documents related to kids.

Yesterday I completed the oath ceremony in Vancouver. Finally a Canadian Citizen. Status todays shows as Complete. Thanks to this forum for all the updates provided throughout which in a way helps us know if we are on the right track. Special Thanks to @citi4raj who relentlessly updates the spreadsheet.

Wishing all the others a very good luck and hope all those waiting complete this arduous journey soon.

I'm on exactly this boat, they requested my wife's FP and we haven't heard again from them after submitting them. I'm guessing only those that got their FP requested on that date have the same issue.

my request was feb 3, did it feb 9, and still no word

Took my oath and became a Canadian citizen yesterday! Status has been changed to complete today.

It was one of the best experiences in my life!
I would like to thank everyone in this forum for help and support during the almost 6 year journey from a permanent resident applicant to a proud citizen. A special thanks to all the admins like citi4raj for keeping the ss updated (update my status too please )!

I will be posting a detailed citizenship journey post in a couple of days to help others who might be in a similar situation as I was.

And to my friends who are still in the process, hang in there, patience is a virtue, it will be rewarded soon!

My application is 21 Oct 2018.
Mississauga applicant.
FP request submitted on 1 Mar2019.
After that no update..almost an year..
Not sure why the process is so slow? Is there anyway to know which date applications are processed by now in Mississauga?
