The letter references young children that need to be watched over and states that rescheduling needs to be done if childcare cannot be arranged. My son is 16, so I wasn't sure. Thanks, though.

Also, did anyone receive a test invite with a strange-ish time for their appointment? Not a rounded-up time like 8:15am and so forth... but like 1:34pm or something else off like that?

During the in process stage, at what point of time does our file gets transferred to our local office(Scarborough). Because they were doing my background check while it was in Sydney and now I got to know it's transferred to my local office. Is this mean my background check is completed??

Nov. 27, 2017: AOR received in email.
Jan. 03, 2018: In process.
Jan. 26, 2018: Test invite for Feb. 22.
Feb. 22, 2018: Test passed with 20/20.

Should I be worried? My test invite email never came through - i had checked all the folders (that includes spam/trash/promotions etc) already. CIC call centre confirmed they sent it by email not by post

you can send an email to IRCC.DNCitSCRScheduling-ConvocationSCRCitRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca with your case# and ask them to resend the invite. this is the email people use to reschedule their citizenship exam.
