OCTOBER 2014 OUTLAND APPLICATIONS!

Hi everyone,
I sent out my application on October 21st and it was received on October 22nd. I joined this forum today (wish I had done earlier) and realized that there are newer versions of form IMM1344 and IMM0008. After digging in deeper I realized that for most people, CIC would send an email requesting the out-dated forms. For some people they return the whole application. I just hope that is not the case with me. I will get the new forms filled up and ask my wife to sign them so that I have it ready as soon as I hear back from them.

Does anyone think it is a good idea to send the new forms without the CIC asking for it?

Hi mostly August applicants who did not submit updated versions especially the IMM1344 waited for cic to notify them asking for the updated form but it is up to the reviewing officer if you will be requested for updated forms or not, some of them who sent outdated forms were not ask to send the updated forms & received SA no issue.

I've joined the spreadsheet as well and I'm also having the same issue, realising that we submitted the wrong IMM1344 forms!! I've been looking into ways of contacting them to ask if it is possible to send it in advance to avoid any delays but it is also slightly (only slightly) helpful to know that they might just accept the info we submitted. It is just for my common-law partner, we don't have any dependents.

Hello shoberane27 , are you also from Philippines? For your medicals ba sa IOM or St. Lukes? If IOM, it only took you a day to do all the medical exams? Thank you.

My husband passed our application to cic-m last october 03,2014.
How i will know if they already recieved? Its been 15 days from the day he mailed our apllication?
How did you know yours?

Hi Vanessa

You will know if your package is already received by CIC through the courier that you used when you send it. Mine was through purolator.
