This is for sending your package via a courier, like FedEx or UPS. The address warzo posted is for regular mail.

Yes you can use xpress post. This offers a signature on arrival and tracking capabilities. I used Canada Post Priority for my application and had no issues.

No, that address only accepts applications sent by courier. If you are using Canada Post (good luck with it!), these are your options:

Spouse and Common-law Partner (currently living in Canada):
CPC-Mississauga
P.O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, ON
L5A 3A4

OR

The address below should be used if you are applying outland

Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

They are applying Outland, do not confuse them further by providing them the inland address!

And I believe they can use Canada Post to send the application to Robert Speck Parkway, as long as they use a mail service which requires a signature. I sent mine to the Robert Speck address using Canada Post and had no issues.

I don't see where the confusion is. I'm pretty sure that if they can read they will be able to tell that one address is for inland applications and the other for outland.

True, but they are applying outland, they stated that in their original message so there is no need to post the inland address.

I think the confusion here is that there is a PO box address and a Robert speck (I.e. Non PO address). If you are sending by Canada post, you can use the PO address. If sending via fedex or other private courier, they won't deliver to PO boxes, they require you to use the Robert speck address. I would suggest using fedex to save some frustration. I've heard people complain about Canada post issues.
