october 2007 applicant from gujarat under the FSW category

HELLO,
everyone,
i m from gujarat n ,a october 2007 applicant under the FSW category applied 4 PR. my NOC code is 2133 . hav got file no ....but still waiting..nothing heard from CHC since then. my processing time is 5 to 6 yrs.
ne one lik me .....or with the same case n had got a decision from CHC.
plzzz help!!!

just check may be you can withdraw the file and refile it under fastrack... but the prob is that there are going to be further chngs in fsw prog around sept 2010

Before you do "withdraw" please make sure your Noc - 2133 is on the 38 list, otherwise, i'd say wait...

my NOC code does not falls under the 38 noc list.so..... lets wait 4 the the new list to appear. :-\ :-\ :-\

well if you donot lie in the 38 list then better not to withdraw and wait as long as it takes...because you will never qualify under 38 fastrack list and also new list is going to be out soon as per rumours by sept 10..
